Mohammed Nihal Mundoli, Founder and CEO of Workwalaa, founded Workwalaa at 21 to make it easier for businesses to find trusted workers. While working closely with workers and people on the ground, he saw the challenges both sides faced in accessing reliable jobs and help when needed. That insight sparked the idea for Workwalaa. Nihal believes in using technology to solve real world problems, especially for those left out of the formal job market.
