You can see how many candidates have been submitted to your vacancy for free. To view full candidate profiles, contact details, and resumes, pay a one-time unlock fee for that vacancy via UPI. After unlocking, you can review, shortlist, interview, and confirm hires directly from your dashboard.

Posting vacancies is free. Unlocking candidate profiles for a vacancy costs ₹4,000, which includes your first confirmed hire. Each additional hire from the same vacancy costs ₹3,000. Hiring Partners pay zero platform fee and earn a ₹2,000 payout for every confirmed joining, released after the joining is confirmed.

Hiring Partners are also ranked by a Hiring Partner Quality Score that rewards successful placements with higher visibility on the platform.

Hiring Partners must submit only genuine candidates who have consented to being represented, keep hiring and joining records accurate, and cooperate with WorkWalaa's audits and dispute reviews. Violations such as fake profiles or misreported joinings can lead to suspension from the marketplace.
